This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Tennessee Court Docket is privately operated. It cannot retrieve a docket, change a setting, seal a record, issue a certified copy, or advise on a case. Contact the clerk or court that holds the relevant record.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
For an official Tennessee record, choose the route that matches the court and the item needed:
- Appellate case history: search the Tennessee Public Case History, labeled “Appellate Case Search,” for Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, or Court of Criminal Appeals matters.
- A full trial docket: use Counties to find the local court clerk; trial case searches and docket sheets remain court-specific.
- A court date or setting: review the local court calendar, then confirm with the clerk or court coordinator listed through Counties.
- A certified copy: request it from the clerk who holds the original trial or appellate record. Counties helps identify local trial offices.
- Tennessee court structure: see how case types and records move through the state court system.
PCH is statewide for appellate history, not trial dockets. A trial docket sheet and certified copy come from the local court clerk that holds the case. The Administrative Office of the Courts clerk directory and county list can help route a request, but neither is a statewide records counter.
